Case 2: 2.5 Seater 12264 (LV2) priced at $2999, what is the price for a code FL4?
First, Leather Config changes by 2 from LV to FL, thus increase the price by 2x15%=30%,
which is $2999*130%=$3899
Second, Leather Grade changes by 2 from 2 to 4, thus further increase the price by 2x5%=10%,
which is $3899*110%=$4289
